5 BOOKS TO READ THIS VALENTINE'S DAY

I will be celebrating Valentine's Day early this year due to work scheduling, so I will have the evening of Valentine's all to myself. I can't think of a better way to spend it than curling up on the couch with my dog and a romantic book. I know...I'm a wild one ;)

I thought I'd share some love stories I've enjoyed!

You can't go wrong with this classic love story. This book shows us that first impressions aren't everything.

This is my favorite love story of ALL TIME hands down. It's based off of Gomer and Hosea in the Bible and shows us what it truly means to love someone unconditionally like God does. So much goodness.

I watched the movie of this before reading the book (which I normally don't do). I felt so many emotions throughout the entire movie (and book) and just wanted to scream at the main character so many times. This one will keep you on your toes until the end.

Ok, let's be real. I couldn't post a Valentines reading list without a Nicholas Sparks book...bare with me ;) I read this with two of my college roommates and we totally loved it. It wasn't quite at tragic as some of Sparks previous novels and the dreamy cowboy was a nice change of scenery!

It would just be rude of my to NOT include the greatest, sappiest, romantic (and totally wrong on so many levels....) love story of all time (in my opinion :) ) in this list. I strategically chose to put this one at the end in order to keep you reading through the post. I think this was the first Nicholas Sparks novel I ever read (in like 7th grade??) and of course, I was hooked. Live long Noah and Allie.
