FALL IN TENNESSEE

Hey sunny readers! I'm so sorry to have stayed away for so long! I'm still trying to balance my job and my blog. (kuddos to all you bloggers who have full time jobs on top of this- y'all are the real MVPs) I work crazy hours and it's difficult to plan but I'm slowly (but surely) figuring it out. I had the day off yesterday, so I grabbed some yummy lunch with my parents and drove around to look at the pretty fall foliage!

We decided to go to lunch at one of our favorite spots in town, the Old Mill Pottery House Cafe & Grille. It's always so busy in October that I was surprised we got in without a long wait. They have a gazebo outside of the restaurant that's always decorated with each season that my dad and I would always take a picture at every time we visited. Just because we live here now doesn't mean the tradition stops- here's this years!

My sweet Daddy

My beautiful Mama

We stopped at this beautiful trail on the way to Cades Cove. We didn't go in Cades Cove this time (it's incredibly busy this time of year) but it gives you an idea of where we were!

We took a few minutes to snap some outfit photos while we were there! (thanks to my awesome mama for taking these and my daddy for being so patient during this process ;) haha!)

I think it's safe to say that this is my favorite flannel of the season! I initially saw the skirt in this print and then the flannel and just had to get it. It's going to go perfectly right into the Christmas season :). Along with my new favorite flannel-my new favorite boots! I was SO excited when I saw that Sperry brought these babies back from last season! I missed out last year and I finally got to snag them on sale this year from Shopbop. Sadly, they're no longer on sale but still too cute to pass up...am I right or am I right?! ;) I'm also slightly obsessed with these. (swoon!)

I hope y'all are enjoying the fall weather as much as I am! I can't believe Halloween is tomorrow!

Stay sunny,

Katie
